What happens in the 30 minutes
- Your inquiries today (5 minutes). Where your calls and messages come from, and where they go missing. If you’ve had a free leak audit, we go through the video together.
- What the missed ones cost (5 minutes). A rough number, worked out from your own figures: what a job or appointment is worth, and how many slip past in a week.
- See it on your phone (10 minutes). We call your mobile from our demo line and let it ring out. You get the text back within seconds and book a slot from it.
- Our recommendation and the price (10 minutes). Which level fits and how to start, what it costs, the two promises, and the setup fee waiver if you start within 7 days of the call.
The written proposal comes by email the same day. You decide in your own time.

I’ll be on your call, and if you go ahead, I’m the one who sets up your system. If something won’t work for your business, I’ll say so on the call.
Before you book
Is this a sales call?
Partly. We’ll recommend a level and tell you the price. You won’t be asked to decide on the call: the proposal comes by email the same day, and the setup fee waiver lasts 7 days from the call.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. It helps to have a rough idea of how many calls and messages you get in a week. A guess is fine.
Do I need a free leak audit first?
No. If you’ve had one, we’ll go through it on the call. If you haven’t, we’ll look at your business together.
Can someone from my team join?
Yes. If someone else answers your phone or books your jobs, bring them. The video link works for more than one person.
What if I need to move the call?
The confirmation email has a link to move or cancel it. No need to explain.
