    We call your business number in the evening. Does it ring out, go to voicemail, or send a text back?

    We send a WhatsApp or fill in your website form with a simple question about a service, and time how long the first reply takes.

We test like a customer, and we tell you it was us

  • We ask a normal question about a service you offer. Nothing odd, nothing that takes long to answer.

  • We never book a real appointment or hold a slot. If someone replies, we thank them and don’t book.

  • The results say exactly which calls and messages were ours, and when. Nothing needs a reply.

  • It works best if you don’t warn your team. That way we see a normal evening. You can share the video with them afterwards.

  • We never name your business in anything we publish. Our Leak Reports use anonymized totals only.

What happens next

Is it really free?

Yes. No card and no call. We do it because it’s the quickest way to show you whether we can help. If your business answers everything quickly, we’ll tell you that too.

What exactly do you test?

We call your business number after hours and send a WhatsApp or website inquiry, then time the first reply. We also check your Google profile and your website’s speed on a phone.

Will you waste my team’s time?

No. We ask one simple question about a service, never book a slot, and say in the results which calls and messages were ours. If someone replies, we thank them and leave it there.

Is this the same as a free website audit?

It includes one: your website’s speed on a phone, and whether calling or booking takes one tap. We also test what happens after someone gets in touch, because that’s the part a website audit can’t see.

What do you do with my details?

We use them to run your audit and send your results, and we email once afterwards. We add you to the Leak Report only if you tick the box. Your results may be counted in anonymized totals, and we never name a business.
