What it costs
Reactivation is a way to start on the Book or Grow level of the Leak Fix (from a month). We set everything up as normal, and the first campaign is the reactivation message. Month 1 is billed only once the campaign books its first appointment. If it books none within 21 days of launching, month 1 is free, and you keep the list and the setup.

What is database reactivation?
It’s a campaign that contacts past customers who haven’t booked in a while, usually by text, WhatsApp or email, with a reason to come back and a link to book.
Is it legal to message old customers?
Only with the right consent. In the US, texts need prior consent. In the UK, you can usually message your own customers if they were given a way to opt out. Outside the US and UK, WhatsApp needs opt-in, so we use email or opted-in contacts. We check your list before anything is sent.
What if nobody books?
If the campaign books no appointments within 21 days of launching, month 1 is free, and you keep the list and the setup.
How many people do I need on my list?
About 300 or more. Smaller lists rarely book enough to be worth a campaign; we’ll start you on the standard setup instead.
