Can I automatically text back a missed call?
Yes. When a call to your business number goes unanswered, the caller gets a text within seconds. It says what you’ve approved, usually sorry we missed you, with a link to book or a time you’ll call back. This works in the UK and US.
What should the text say?
Short and human: who you are, that you’re on a job or with a client, and one next step. For example: “Sorry we missed you, it’s Dave from Hart Plumbing. I’m on a job. Pick a time here and I’ll call you back: [link].” We write yours with you.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Customers keep calling the number they know. We connect it to your inbox, usually by forwarding calls you don’t pick up.
Will my customers know it’s automatic?
Some will. The replies are short texts or WhatsApp messages in your words, so they read like a quick note from you. On the Book level, chat and WhatsApp also answer common questions and book appointments. Anything they can’t handle comes straight to you.
Do you promise more leads or bookings?
No. We promise what we control. You’ll be live in 10 business days, or your first month is free. And if the system hasn’t caught an inquiry you’d have missed in your first 30 days, we refund month 1.
What happens if I leave?
You can leave any month. Your domain, Google profile and ad accounts are already in your name, and you take your contacts with you. The workspace closes when the subscription ends.

Does it work outside the US?
Yes, in any country. Missed-call texts work in the US and UK. Outside the US and UK, we reply on WhatsApp and web chat instead.
How long does US texting approval take?
US carriers have to approve every business that sends texts. It usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, and it runs alongside your setup. That approval sits outside our 10-day promise because the carriers control it.
